he never had a canadian ID... But then he went back to America to live the rest of his life... But still we can't say if he's Canadian or American, he's both, he's more of a North American, since he's too familiar with both places. We can't steal his identity saying he's Canadian, when it is unclear.

I saw Lenny in a bar called The Cellar Door in Auburn, Maine. I was 19 and it was 1976. I had never heard of him, but I never forgot him. He played something simple, but the more I listened and watched, I quickly realized, as a fledgling guitarist myself, that I was experiencing something very special.
