An interfering RF signal can be heard pulsing over a weak 1 kHz modulated FM modulated UHF test signal.

Repeater is an old GE MASTR Pro model (mid to late 60's) using tubes in the transmitter RF Driver and PA stages and transistors everywhere else.

    A malfunctioning municipal transmitter about 5 or six miles away; I show the location on another video after having tracked it down ...
