That's "Tractor Tavern." It's a bar in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle. They play there at least once a year.

@badwuffy Thanks for the expla. . . , that does make sense . . . but I still think it sounds funny. Of course tractors and taverns aside, this song and this performance is awesome.
