New DC 52 My Review on some of the Comic Titles in the New DC Universe Comics

One thing that I'm upset with DC right now is that the Shazam titles have been dismissed or flat out ignored. I'd love to see a mini-series of Black Adam's descent into darkness back in ancient Khan-daq, or maybe a "what-if" that shows him and Isis together without the fiasco with Sobek.

Instead of this we get 5 issues of the same exact character doing the exact same thing. No newness, no variety. Nothing. I'd rather just sit back and read the Justice mini-series than the new titles.

Biceps are looking good! I stopped reading comics when the quality of the stories became less important than the action packed artwork. I don't know why they don't let the character age and introduce new characters. And why don't they just make parallel universe books so they don't have fuck up the continuity. This is why corporate America should not own comics. Its all about getting a quick buck with no long term potential.

your right i hate the new superman suit in justice league and the fact that he can't fly but green lantern is good cause i have been following that shit since i was born so i am glad they didn't fuck it up or it would have crushed me green lantern new guardians is alright but it pissed me off that it doesn't match up with the new red lantern series that i am excited to follow sorry just a rant and i am not a big fan of marvel but i like the xmen and the avevgers anyway great video gladi found it

So I usually agree with most of your opinions, except Batgirl. Growing up in the 90s, I was more of a Marvel fan but loved the Batman TAS cartoon and related to Batgirl, especially with my dad being a firefighter, and hiding my homosexuality from him like Batgirl hid her identity from the Commissioner. At 13, I found out Barbra was paralyzed, I was really bummed and felt like one of my childhood heroes was a lie. This reboot brought me my old hero back, even if she was an icon as Oracle.

Hey I really dig your honest feedback about the new 52 relaunch,I'm kinda surprised you didn't review red hood and the outlaws though that seemed like one I figured you'd be really interested in,but oh well still a great review either way. Keep up the amazing work :)

@twopearlsoaps I feel the same way. I just love how emotion and how devoted he is to the stuff. and pluss he has a rockin body! I used to collect superman in highschool. Then i stopped. Sucks to find out they are screwing around with well established characters. They really should have started everything from scratch i mean the whole universe.

The timelines kinda confuse me. ie when certains issues are taking place etc. one issue seems to take place before another and so on. and i agree new time placemeant just weird. barbara paralized for three years? really? I really liked the charterization to Batgirl and Nightwing. i was eagerly awaitng the Batman reboot because i didnt like what morrison was doing. but im a bit confused with some things but i do like some things. Red robin's wings kinda take away the Robin hood image.

@lawboi70 My roommate and I noticed that. We never read Flashpoint, but we were like wait a minute. We collected about 20 of the first issues and we had a Where's Waldo moment. LOL

Actually Superman does fly in Justice League, and Superman #1.. He just cannot fly yet in Action Comics #1 or #2, like you said he can just leap really high. Im sure he will get stronger and have the capability of flight as the comics continue :)
