After the transaction of any morning business (not to extend beyond one hour), Senate will continue consideration of the motion to proceed to consideration of H.R. 674, 3% Withholding Repeal and Job Creation Act. At 12 p.m., Senate will begin consideration of the nomination of Evan Jonathan Wallach, of New York, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Federal Circuit, with a vote on confirmation of the nomination at approximately 12:15 p.m.
