postal supervisors, and most union officers only know one thing: " they dont want to do physical labor " they however take great joy in pushing the craft labor force around, as to the union, what union? I sometimes cant tell the diff between the two. our new vice president elect has been a 204b now for years, get real .

Hello everyone it's me again. FSS still sucks.
Found out today staring next week we have to carry yet another way. Once again we will prove them wrong that this system is not working. The FSS is a tool and u have to use it properly. Its like using a fork to butter ur toast. It does not work. Listen to ur carriers. I know ur trying to save money but this is not the answer. We are not the problem even thou u think we are. Ben Franklin is turning over in his grave. Management? Are you out there?

Just started working on FSS as mailhandler. So far we can't get anything out on time. Forced OT due to lack of help. Good times. And bc of the girl in NJ that was injured on FSS we have to sit and wait for maintenance ever time the machine makes a peep.

Hello..the USPS is losing money. Get out of the Stone Age. La Jolla, Ca is losing 10 routes due to FSS. Bet the carriers picking up new territory won't turn down the additional gratuities.

Couldn't agree more

This is and oversized expensive shreading machine. The perfect example of bad decision by overpaid managers

Fss stands for Forced Shity System
Management is making good carriers into bums. Come on lottery.

I carry in North Brunswick NJ. We were supposed to start FSS-adjusted routing schemes on 3/31, but that has been delayed indefinitely. Some mailhandler in the North Jersey plant opened a door that said "Do Not Open" and got sucked into the machine! Two broken ribs, a collapsed lung, and a pink slip (delivered bedside by management) later, OSHA is investigating and has ordered the FSS shut down until further notice.

Yeah yeah, they said the same thing about DPS(walk sequence) letters. How it was going to kill carrier jobs. Guess what, it never happened.
Why? Because postal management, in their ignorance, fail to realize that time in the office does not equal time on the street. They consider carriers robots and beat them like mules.
It's funny, because these fat, overpaid supervisors and management couldn't carry mail for an hour on the street, let alone carry a whole route.
