That wasnt a tail rotor failure. That was an engine failure with a right yaw because the student and the instructor failed to push left pedal as soon as the engine quit. The helo wants to yaw to the right. You can even hear the low rotor warning and the engine rpm decay sound.
@ColtDeltaElite10mm. Have you ever flown a Chopper... In a Jetranger the torque acts to the right and the tail rotor counters that pushing the nose left. If the tail rotor fails the nose goes right. That's what happened. The low rotor RPM warning horn you are hearing is the pilot closing the throttle to control the right yaw. If it was a engine failure in the hover the nose would have gone left (because there is no more torque pulling right).
