Ya kno. In real life, americans probably talk slowly and clearly like that also so its easier for foreigners to understand them too. If you think about it. Have you ever spoken slowly and clearly to a foreigner? I know i have.

i dont think they talk slowly because they think koreans are stupid or anything. most koreans have to learn sometype of english and they just speak slowly so they can pick it up easily......they do the same in american movies w/foreigners :]

They usually have any anglophones in asian movies purposefully speak slowly...why I don't really know. If the audience isn't English fluent, what good does speaking slowly do? It does make them look stupid , but then again they do the same thing to foreigners on american tv.
