@JASON8502 really?? damn..... based on your videos it seems like a lot more. we run like 300-400 a year for fire and around 1200 for ems.

How you get this position as fire chief and is your department a full time or a vouleenter dept.?

@Feuerwehrkuchen112 The Chief is appointed by the outgoing Chief. The Chief then appoints his Command Staff.

How come at 6:10 you switched the lights off, then only put some of them back on?

@Briglair I usually turn them off when I get on scene if they are not needed, then I turned the top lightbar on in case they could not see me after I thought about it for a minute.
