@lvaliav86 I forgot to say that I also followed sattvic diet to a letter. No potatoes, tomatoes, mushrooms, bell peppers,onions, garlic, wheat, yeast, meat. Because I am kapha, almost no dairy, and not as milk or yogurt, but as paneer. Very little basmati rice, mainly I make kichari with buckwheat and barley. For spices, turmeric, coriander, cumin, black pepper, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves. Look up what Ayurveda advises for your dosha and try to follow the advice, it's useful.

A little over 1 year. I followed pranayama almost exactly, for asana I did several rounds of Sun salutations (I am kapha) and only some of the asanas he advises. This is because at 5am I am not very flexible and couldn't at the time do all the asanas in the video.

Yes, over 50kg, with pranayama, asana and diet modifications only, I didn't use any of the herbal remedies he refers to.
