FEDERAL AND LOCAL LAW INFORCEMENT AGENCIES FROM AROUND THE NATION AND THE WORLD ARE TRAINED IN TACTICAL URBAN WARFARE AGAINST STREET GANGS. IN NOVEMBER OF 2010 IN SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA. In my opinion this violates the Posse Comitatus Act passed in 1878. It has the perception of desperate Military Contractors looking for a new client base for all of their high tech Combat Gear. This is just my opinion I have no facts to back this up. I'm just saying this is how it appears to me. With American Military involvement being reduced around the world these companies need more customers to keep their chair holders happy. It's easy to gain public Acceptance going after street gangs; But who's to say these training tactics won't be used against protesters ie. Students, Occupy Wall Street protesters, or on Occupy movements across the United States Of America, ect.
