I do weight and balance for Delta, I don't think my passengers would be happy. Sad thing this is a basic part of training even on the ramp. How did so many people fail to notice the mistake they were making?

Yeah, either they loaded all the crap in the back first, or they unloaded all the crap from the front first.
It's not a moving van, ass heavy first, this is what you get. Damaged multi-million dollar jet.

That´s the result when you off load from the front first...... Fortunately, it´s a cargo only A/C...... Guess the ramp manager´s face when he´s been fired........
