    The smith is also god for incline push ups and you can attach a TRX to the top of it in a pinch.

  • This, my friends, is what an average sized human male looks like after weight training for several years without steroids. Notice that he is not huge, and probably never will be. But he has (most likely) gained 20-28 pounds of lean body mass, and he looks fantastic. In addition, I guarantee he is quite a bit stronger than most men naturally bigger than him who do not weight train. Forget about the gain 20 pounds in two months horseshit, that will never happen.
