  • dude...you are a joke! you can't even hold the baton correctly!

  • As a result, no one could possibly hope to follow these gestures--your patterns are sound, but the timing & style definitely need work. This video series should NOT be taken as educational, except as an example of what NOT to do.

  • Nice effort, but your preps are out of sync with the ensuing patterns in the following ways:

    -4/4 prep is too long in terms of timing

    -3/4 prep does not clearly define ictus on prep, simply "lifting off" without a clear "down-up" motion

    -2/4 prep comes to rest for beat one at an entirely different spot than that from which you prepped
