This is a very nice scotch and, if memory serves me, my first bottle from the Speyside region.
Just bought myself a bottle of this stuff. Glad I did, too. And the price wasn't too bad for around $30 U.S.

@marblenose it is heavilt discounted lol. singleton was £23 in Asda for a while. i love single malt i cant afford to drink it

You won't find many drinkable single malts under £30/$50 imo. Don't think I've ever had a bottle for £23 unless heavily discounted.

When i smell singleton i dont know what the fuck im smelling but it sure smells damn good. this stuff is really good so if you haven't tried it.. well buy a bottle!!

This whisky is actually a non-peated single malt, so if you are picking up any peat, if could only possibly come from the water.The bottle is a throw back to what a bottle would have looked like when the distillery was founded (1897). The made bottles then with cobalt, giving it a greenish-blue tint. The Glendullan distillery was the 7th distillery to be built in the town of Dufftown in Speyside, which led to the local saying "Rome was built on 7 hills, but Dufftown was built on 7 stills".

I love the medicine bottle shape and in F.L.A. at Walmart the price is $31.00 for a fifth or 750 ml.

@TheRedNapkin its normally about 30 pounds sterling locally (england), so 40 bucks seems cheap.
