Badass sound.

There isn't a ricer in the nation you couldn't slaughter, even with that slushomatic wasting half the torque curve.

I'd put that engine in my '85 F150. I'd need a stronger trans, tho, my overdrive 4-speed would explode.

where did you find the roller cam and rockers

It's not a roller cam, but there's a guy on fordsix that's making a few. The roller rockers are actually for a 302 pedestal mount. Had to use these because the head was already installed, and any other rocker would require machining. Since it spins under 5500, and valve springs arent that stiff, I didnt see the issue with running this type. This head is off an 82. The older ones are easier to run rollers on. Just about every cam mfr makes em for a 300, just gotta look.

Oh, I backtracked the older replies and go the answer.
Hopefully someone makes a direct injection conversion head for the 300-6.
Wonder if it is possible with the pushrod setup.
I saw a website that sells drag racing heads only for the 300-6.
Anyway, nice video, again.

Are the rockers roller or pedestal?
Block cryo-treated?
PIstons forged?
Rods stock?
Headers or dual cast manifolds?
Come on, tell uas about it.
I got the same engine, but just 1 bbl.
Fantastic mileage, but slightly slow on hills.

This is part of the build spex, as noted in the first reply:
Ross Racing forged pistons 9.5:1, .030 over
Hedman header
Crane full roller rockers for a pedestal mount 302
no special treatment to rods or block.
