I don't think the first Ghost Rider is as bad as people chalk it up to be. I mean, I'll admit it wasn't perfect, the action was a little lame and all, but I don't think it was that bad.

Spirit of Vengeance had absolutely no memorable music. Music was one thing that the first Ghost Rider did perfectly.
