When a Flysurfer drops in the water, you relaunch it normally. I've seen a video that Sebastian goes really out in the ocean and unpacks and inflates the kite IN THE WATER and rides out normally... but of course he is a pro rider, so he knows how to do it very well!!
I've learned with a Flysurfer and a Naish and I've tried other kites... but I still prefer a Flysurfer!

you don't! Learn with inflatable kites, then move on to this. I see a guy flying one all the time and he SHREDS past people. Seems like its smooth as butter. I would love to try one.
