After endless unanswered emails they finally got back to me saying the only way they would ship my MB-D80 was if I sent the paper back to them at my cost!!! £7.20! Not only that after a further huge delay they had the nerve to charge me again for delivery, another £5! I ended up paying for their incompentence! Customer Service is a shambles! You'll never get through on the phone, take my advise, order elsewhere!
