Here's a video of a typical Americano I make every morning. The coffee is home roasted in my UFO/TO roaster.

When you do your cooling flush, the water flashes out the steam really strong. Is that a normal sign? I'm asking because I don't see that happen on other E61 machines.

I have a very strong LED light right behind the group for this video, so it looks rather violent due to the illumination of the steam. This is the only HX machine I have ever used, so I assume its rathery typical.

Dang it, Tex - put that stopwatch away! Yep - ran long. The video was made from 2 different shots (wide & close up). The closeup one wasn't nearly as good. :(
