When people join the Military it's to defend their country, not a lie. If our Government can't be honest with it's own people then fuck them. They've turned war into a business that fills the pockets of the elite. You want to put your life on the line to make some asshole rich, be my guest. These people wouldn't be backing out if this was a just war. And It's already been proved that this war was started by Bush lies.

The most important thing people can do who feel passionatly that there is a better world out there without endless wars that kill other human beings is to tell people the truth that you have found out and spread the message to people who are pro war and dont really question things. Lend them dvds like john pilgers 'the war you dont see' or anything else that could educate them. If we do this globally we can make a change, it wont happen overnight but we can make wars less likely some day

Military has always been the same (if you have any doubt about that, read Catch 22): humans are no more than cannon balls and they are often expected to fulful stupid orders given by stupid commanders, and often have to pay with their lives for such stupid people's decision.

Those who join the military voluntarily should not complain later that it was not what they had expected.
