  • I watched a video of this crowd, they are dangerous DO NOT WATCH.

  • like i use music to kind of store memories..if i want to remember something and svae that emotion i listen to a new song and that song instantly connects me..is that anchoring for myself? my ipod is like a memory and emotion bank, with all my emotions and memories in it.. its awesome..and there are some negative anchors with songs...how do i change these? there are some good songs i hav but cant listen to them cuz they bring stress or something..how can i change them?

  • arent anchors just making uncontrolled stimuli into controlled stimuli to get a controlled reaction? i think thts what it said in my psych book....like if u show a dog food it salivates, but if u ring the bell while it sees food, u can ring the bell and the dog will salivate..controlled stimuli would be the bell...controlled stimuli and anchors are the same right? why r they called anchors

  • nice said

  • Hi Alkistis, great vid.

How can we erase negative anchors? Sometimes it comes out of nowhere without warning. We are caught off-guard and it completes the damage by affecting our composure. Maybe like a song or music playing from a radio that reminds us of a relationship experience that's gone bad.

How do we erase this music from our minds. And how can we be aware that this could be the cause that triggers these unwanted emotions.
