@rugggger When I mentioned "other people's lands" in my last comment, I thought it was clear I meant the Occupied Territories (not Israel itself), as well as Lebanon which Israel has invaded 5 times over the past decades. (It's so clearly a lie that "Israel never occupied" Gaza that I won't comment on that further.) No reference to '48 can justify Israel's decades-old occupation of the Territories and its continual military threats (often followed by devastating action) against its neighbors.

@rugggger Actually you may want to review the facts, don't talk as if Israel's actions are completely legitimate and that it only defends itself against its hostile Arab neighbors because that's bs.

The law you are referring to allow this as an exception. Any humanitarian aid is not included within this exception. Accept the reality. Israel has once again committed a terrorist act. If you are for Israel, as I am, then you have to point out its wrongs so that it can be right in its actions.

@yrrmom Israel never occupied Gaza city. It was occupied by Egypt, though, from 48-67. In 67 Israel conquered it from Egypt (a result of another war that was forced on Israel by the surrounding Arab armies) and did build settlements in the Gaza strip,and they were removed and dismantled in 2005.

What Israel did do in Gaza for many decades is providing them with various civil services, supplying food, water ,electricity, and medical services. It still does.
