(Addendum) As someone has decided to question the legality of my owning/holding/displaying these videos, please note:

1) My mother and I (alternatively) personally took the videos connected to this show. They were taken while I attended this show, in the front row.
2) You will note that a large portion of the videos for this event focus on scenes including a character in the back playing the xylophone, "Ed". He's my little brother. If you actually watch my channel you'll know this individual is the only person other than myself who gets significant airtime on this channel.
3) You'll note that said individual also has his own youtube channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/gryphon21589 -- and that we are mutually subscribed. I have posted this video with his express permission (because at the time he didn't have a channel of his own).
4) The video in question was of an amateur, private high school play. The actors are attempting to showcase their talent, and no money was made by them for themselves, nor were there any contractual agreements with the parties in question.
5) As this was a high school play, there were no prohibitions against members of the participants' families recording the performance. The only prohibited recording medium was flash photography, as is the norm.

I know that I'm likely dealing with a troll, but I needed to get this out there. I mean, seriously. How do you 'illegally obtain' self-recorded video of your little brother's play?
