Christy thanks Frankie for coming and tells her she can take it from here. She'll just straighten up around the house, maybe listen to a Beethoven concerto--Douglas would like that--and start planning what they're going to do for the memorial service. Frankie says that sounds like a good plan. Christy says Frankie better get over to the party because Felicia won't like it if she's late, and tells her not to forget her gloves. Christy then finds Frankie's ethics paper on euthanasia, which is the right to die, on the couch. Frankie explains she was writing the paper for her ethics class. Christy says Frankie must be really interested in euthanasia to have picked it for the topic of her ethics term paper. Frankie says yes, she is interested in it. Christy asks how Douglas felt about it. Frankie replies that Douglas said he found the subject fascinating. Christy didn't know that. Frankie tells Christy she would like her paper back. Christy then accuses Frankie of helping Douglas to die. The look on Frankie's face speaks volumes. Thanks to Janie for the scene.
