I was awestruck at the size of this wall. This walled area was constructed to house 400,000 soldiers. I believe it was constructed during the Ming Dynasty. Great shopping area near the gates and after a long time without American food, a nearby McDonald's was a treat!

Just bought a new pair of sunglasses in Hong Kong. HK$40. Didn't even bother haggling either. Felt it was a fair price. Name of brand on glasses "Feidi." The lady selling me them insisted they were FENDI. hehehe
