Shelley Cozad, Power of Work Family Strengthening Award
Shelleys life was headed down a difficult path before she became a participant in Goodwills Career Development program. She had children to support but was confronted by a number of barriers to successful employment, including lack of education and job training. Through dedication, determination, and a lot of hard work, Shelley was able to get the job training and resume help she needed, and is now a responsible, employed individual who has been able to take control and make the changes she needed to better herself, her children, and her community. Congratulations Shelley!
