Mr. Barack OBAMA declined the Judge Malihi order to appear and face the witnesses that he is NOT qualified to be President. Three sets of Attorneys , including Atty. Orly Taitz with many witness, set on the record, fact that, Mr.Obama does NOT qualify as a "Natural Born" citizen, therefore CAN NOT qualify. This means if one more state dumps Obama in a challenge, it is likely the Democratic Party will be forced to put on a Hillary Biden or Biden/Hillary slate, and in any case, the longer the Democrat Party delays in dumping Obama, the less credibility the whole Democrat Party has, which will hurt their candidates.

Several distinguished black people were over heard leaving the Fulton County Admin. Court building with comments that they had changed their mind on Obama. Shocked that with all his Power and money available could not present even a weak opposition to what was a dozen stunning witnesses that left no doubt OBAMA is a FRAUDULENT PRESIDENT.
