Book of mormon and the D&Cs are not the same as the "pamphlets" that other churches use. The pamphlets reference the bible. The mormon books are labeled as being scripture, meaning holy sacred christian texts. Is there something wrong with the original scripture that we needed to add to it? Did God err? with his original version?

@atcnick AND the BOM does have scriptural references in it, SO you might actually want to pick up a BOM before you start trying to tell me what id does and doesnt reference ;)

@xrevisex SURE they would. Didnt everyone say at one time being Black was wrong? Wasnt being jewish wrong at one time on this planet? Havent we killed people for being the wrong color, or religion? So dont tell me just because everyone thinks is wrong it has to be.

@atcnick another note to you. Just because its in print does not make it true. You should know that considering how many hollywood rumors turn out to be unfounded. People are fallible, or does that not apply to mormons as well. You should research what some of the prophets of the Bible said and then changed later, the Bible has a lot of contradictions in it ;)

WELL how about you look at your name, free speech. IF people worshiped invisible superman, its none of your damn business. You hypocrites drive me nuts, its all about free speech until its something you dont like, THEN everyone needs to just shut up. AND NO i would not go around telling them how crazy they are, there are a couple religions i think people are nuts to believe, BUT its their choice and i dont say a word to them.

If you lived in a world where people worshiped invisible superman, and you were a minority for not believing it, then you would be going around telling people how crazy they were. It would be immoral not to. Theism is dangerously stupid. And it affects everyone like alcoholism.

Delusional people make bad choices. The world is run by delusional theists. It's no wonder we're messed up.

Don't worry. Mormonism is stupid. But that's true for ever denomination of every religion.

Oh by the way the BoM says native Americans came from Israel. Joseph Smith is an idiot. They obviously came from Asia. Just look at them. We didn't have to look at their DNA to know that their ancestors came from Asia. LOL. They're not Israelites AT ALL. LMAO

What if I told you there is more evidence proving that Sidney Rigdon created the Bookofmormon than there is any proof of the BofM being a historical document.
