BO BICE TO DONATE HIS PROCEEDS FROM
THE SINGLE LONG ROAD BACK
TO FLOOD ASSISTANCE

Makes Announcement On Geraldo At Large
Sunday, May 9th

Nashville, TN (May 11, 2010) --- Singer Bo Bice has announced that he will donate all of his proceeds from his single, Long Road Back, to a variety of flood assistance programs that are aiding victims of the recent Nashville-area flooding disaster. Bice made the announcement during an interview on the FoxNews show Geraldo At Large on Sunday evening. He also appeared on Flood Relief: Vince Gill and Friends on May 6th, which raised over $1.7 million for organizations such as the Second Harvest Food Bank, the American Red Cross, and the Salvation Army and will perform at May 12ths Country Cares benefit concert at Nashvilles Center Stage. Long Road Back appears on Bices new album, 3, which will be released via Saguaro Road Records on May 18th.

Nashville was hit hard by the flooding, says Bice, and we lost a large portion of our historic city, but we are going to make it through this hard time together. In this tragedy our community has been made stronger with love and support of so many good hearted souls, he continues. To help our fellow Tennesseans, all of my proceeds from the sale of Long Road Back exclusively on iTunes will go to help flood relief victims through Second Harvest Food Bank, the Red Cross and the Salvation Army. I encourage everyone to support these charities, it goes a long way. I will also be hosting a benefit show on June 12th at Limelight in Nashville and all proceeds will go to Music Cares.

Bices Southern sensibility, earthy vocals and decidedly non-pop performances won over a nation of fans during the fourth season of American Idol, where he landed as the runner-up to Carrie Underwood. His first single, Inside Your Heaven, reached #1 on the pop chart when it was released in 2005 and was certified gold after it became the second-highest debuting song of the year. His album (The Real Thing) debuted at #4 shortly afterward and was also certified gold, his 2007 follow-up (See The Light) was ranked #1 by VH-1, and he later sung lead on Santanas single Brown Skinned Girl (certified gold). 3 is Bices third album and first for Saguaro Road Records.

  • Bo was my favorite contestant on AI. Love him!

  • It just floors me how Bo has'nt made it BIGTIME. Somebody in control somewhere must be deaf...really think about it... This guy is the real deal, the true artist and voice and yet he continues to float under the radar of mainstream radio, country, rock comtemporary, to me he's in the top 10 musicans to come along in the past decade.Nuff said.

  • GREAT SONG ,,, LOVE IT,,, KEEP EM COMING BO...YOU SHOULD BE WRITTING ANOTHER SONG EVERYDAY! YOU'VE GOT IT GOING ON! ATL: GA, GAL HERE ..I HAVE MUSIC IN MY BLOOD! & PROUD OF IT! BEAUTIFUL!

  • This song is my absolute favorite of the CD. I play it every morning 2 or 3 times in a row on my IPOD then have to get on here to watch it. I just love Bo's wonderful soulful voice and handsome looks. He sure is cool!

  • Bo needs to take the direction of country music. He has the classic voice and styyle to make a huge impact.I'm sure he's been told that a 1000 times ,,,,but its true.Actually, if he can team with someone ,it can be a Brooks and Dunn combo, even having a female singer would make it better...

  • I think '3' is Bo's best album yet. He has a fabulous voice and this album showcases the vocal range of Bo. This is one of my fave songs. He is getting better and better. Ü

  • Just saw you take yourself with you vid on cable country channel...decided to check some vids out on youtube....this album sounds great! Keep going Bo....

  • Guys I think he is in control of his carreer and is happy. He is supporting himself and his family with his art. which I think is how he wants to live his life...I think that makes him famous in his own right.. And yea he is awesome! I saw him in concert in NYC and he sounds 100 times better LIVE.

  • I have been a Bo Bice fan for a long time I really thought he would be so much more famous than he is. WHEN people find out I'm a fan they say "well hes gay" I think because he got sick it put a little bit of a damper on his career I have met Bo several times and he is always a gentle man and lots of fun!!!!!!

  • the video is awesome are you ever coming to west virginia
