Train Through The Notch Part One

On a cold day, Columbus day to be exact, we went up to Crawford Notch and took this video. First we went to the cog Railroad and shot some footage. Then we went to Crawfords depot and got the train coming in. Sorry some cars and people got in that shot. Next we went to Fabyans and got the train there. Then we went to the first scenic overlook and went down the path under the bridge. We waited an hour for it to come! Next we went to a crossing at the beginning of the Notch. If anyone knows the name please comment. Next we went to Bartlett station, and there was a surprise there. Last we paced the train near the Glen Junction Restaurant. It was a very fun day!

Great video, love the horn on that F unit, that's classic, I also remember when that dome car used to be used on the Cape Cod Railroad back in the 90's. Good times.

the diesel trains made it quicker to get up the mountain but it just didnt have the old engine feel to it
