  • hey! you got some great excercises there! i'd just advice when trying to lift those heavy weights with one hand try not to swing it that much and instead of jumping off the ground try to communicate the jump to the weight so it rises instead of you jumping.

  • Actually I was trained to use the jump for a more athletic approach by US Coach Burgener and Coach John Davies when I was certified by Renegade Training. My russian coach taught me not to use the jump but I personally prefer the jump.
