It looks like the vehicle has rubber wheels. It also looks like the rubber wheels follow the exact same path each time the vehicle drives because only one part of the road has wheel marks. Much energy could be saved if only the part of the road under the wheels was paved. Like a train only runs on its tracks and a railroad is only two small steel ribbons this system could have only two ribbons of concrete.
