How To Remove A Frozen Stiff Bottom Bracket Cartridge

This is for a SHIMANO BB-UN51 Bottom Bracket Cartridge.

This is what you need:

1. A can of Liquid Wrench, lay the frame on its side & spray fill the bracket cap level with Liquid Wrench, let it set over night.
2. Park Tool BBT-22
3. 8mm x 40mm Hex Bolt Metric with fine threads & 2 Washers, get this at your hardware store.
4. 12'' Crecent Wrench.
5. 2'' size pipe 3 foot long.
6. Most important you need a friend to hold the bike.
Tip: The drive side has reverse threads, the left side has regular threads, Just remember the drive side turns clockwise to loosen...left side turns counter clockwise to loosen.
