@9luckycharm111 yer thinking of david niven, that movie was a spoof, the first official james bond movie was this one, but the first actor to play james bond was barry nelson, casino royale 1954 television play

@9luckycharm111 Nope, it was Connery. It's possible you're thinking of David Niven, who played an older Bond in the spoof Casino Royale. (Unrelated to the Daniel Craig Bond movie apart from being a loose adaptaion of the same book). But Casino Royale didn't come out until 1967, whereas this was 1962.

Thanks everyone for your comments. I appreciate that you enjoy the trailer. We've seen Underneath the Mango Tree used before in other edits, so I decided to go in a different direction. And I'm going to be saving the Bond theme for other trailers in the future. Since this is our 'introduction' to Bond, I felt it best to keep the theme to a minimum. The edit was created using Adobe Premiere Pro.
