She was happy, wasn't she? She is one of those broody hens who wouldn't give up so I decided to give her two eggs to hatch. Even though she had no eggs to sit on out in the coop, she really, really wanted babies, so I gave her what she wanted. Now I have another Wyandotte bantam named Trudy who is doing the same thing. She won't give up either, even though she has nothing to hatch.
