There is a lot of talk in the brony fandom about the lousy singing of Scootaloo in her only song (the CMC theme song from The Show Stoppers). We've been told by a few members of the production team, including by Daniel Ingram himself, that it was intentionally bad and that Scootaloo's voice actress Madeleine Peters is actually a VERY talented singer.

This video is a song from the show Martha Speaks. It is sung by the character Helen (the red-haired girl seen at the very end of the video, NOT the dog), who happens to be voiced by Madeleine Peters. While the song itself is not something us bronies would be likely to enjoy, you gotta admit that it is very well done and that Madeleine is a very capable singer. And just some trivia, Daniel Ingram wrote this song. (:

I hope that Madeleine gets a chance at using her full potential in a future episode of MLP!

  • It's rather misleading, I apologize for not making it clear, but the dog is not the one singing the song. It's actually the character Helen who's singing, and she's the red-haired girl seen briefly at the very end of the video.

  • I'm just glad I finally learned what trash is, and that I have to throw it away.

  • @42underscored Yaaay!

  • That was terribly enlightning!

    LET'S DO IT AGAIN!

  • Tabitha St. Germain does the voice for Martha, so it's Rarity without the pose. XD

  • lol, I love the tags for this video

  • It's funny because the girl at the end kinda looks like Scootaloo.

  • Anyone else notice the kid saying 'i love it!' in the background?

  • NEED LYRICS

  • brotip... it felt intentionally bad, but it was the intentional bad that made me like it.

  • the lyrics make it sound like she's singing about feces
