I love it when arm chair martial artist's give opinions on things when they don't even practice or train themselves. Keep eating potato chips folks it takes a lot of technique to put a chip in your mouth. First of all Lohan Gonglibishi ( 18 eighteen tracks because they are done in a line of sequential order) of shaolin teach the foundation of Shaolinchanquan ( or shaolin meditative fist) once all 18 tanzi ( tracks) have been mastered than can a Shaolin monk learn the more advanced skills.

The way he does the form, you can tell there is no power, no intention of strike, a properly trained shaolin student dont do forms like this.

@hopelessjj I think you use word too quick rather than too smooth for this guy as for the real traditional kungfu, the more slower and flow your will became better, yea that might conclude that is not good but not almost of the time; as some sifu might be very skill but doesn't like to taught what they really learn from what they begin, I don't know the reason but I have already met so many type of sifu not many people are so lucky.

its good but not enough of the "qi" moving within his body..... his movements are too smooth and not controlled like it should be. you could tell he wasn't taught by a real good chinese sifu.... watch more chinese kung fu flix to see what i'm saying... not bad still but not his fault if he wasn't taught right
