  • I heard saturated fat like lean meats and nuts were good and it was the processed fat like chips that are bad for you. I also heard the best things for you are the natural products nature makes that grow straight from the ground. I think it's about deciphering between the good fats and bad fats. Fact: People who typically eat more good fats are able to maintain and have a really healthy body weight
