I used offscreen wand of fireball to kill his companions.
Then spammed wand of monster summoning to trap him and pelted him to death with arrows and projectiles.
cheesy i know.

Noobish way to win ^^ When I played first time i used monster wand too. Now I finished game on hardest level, without wands (Sarevok was killing me-tank with 2-3 hits xD) but finally did it. 100% completed.
Now its time for BG2 on Insane

In the expansion Tales of the Sword Coast there is a stack of 12 healing potions in durlag´s dungeon.

This game is modded, look at potion/ammo stack and jaheira's spells (cure critical wounds WTF !?). Try to beat him legitimately.

Lol, it's obvious that cheats were used in this. 12 potions of healing in one slot? :| what a bad way to play.

Good work, I remember when i was fighting him. I could never win so i decide to use cheats to move on to bg2 but the cheats stuffed the game and i never beat him. Biggest regret ever!!! lol
