Eugene Sherman of Elbit Systems speaks about working with increasingly shorter development times, with the software development process expected to come in at just a few months. My name is Eugene Sherman. I work for Elbit Systems, and Im in charge of Engineering Process Tools Center of Excellence.

Elbit Systems is the largest defense company in Israel and one of the 40 defense companies in the world.

A few years ago, our customers expected to have the product developed in a few years. Today, a few months.

As a result of this pressure, we have to supply to our development team environment that can solve the problem and can help in smart use and smart development, based on infrastructure.

We work a lot with Business Partner with IBM Business Partner because we use IBM product for our development manage our development process. And IBM Business Partner and their suppliers can help us with their experience, to bring their experience to our company, and to find the best solution for our development people.
