Obama Fort Hood Tragedy - shame on you Obama - PART II

Part 2 follow-up On Nov. 5th, 2009 President Obama addressed the nation about the tragedy at Fort Hood. Prior to addressing the nation he inappropriately conducted himself in a manner that did not reflect the actions of a true leader, but the actions of a politician. I've received hundreds of emails regarding the original video, and this is a follow-up to answer some question and accusations. What America needs is real change, no matter what party you are, the working class citizens of this country are being treated as an after thought, or second class. We must work together to make a change...together we bring change, not divided, as what is happening in our country right now. If you want to change the way things are, then the change must start with you....with us united.

After hearing your second video, now I understand why you are mad at Obama. You are not a democrat, you are a republican trying to lie about your politics view. Obama acted well after Ft Hood drama, as Leader not a religious leader or a GOP mastermind. The guys(audience) who shouted at Obama were native Americans(not emigrants as you or Rush/Glenn). They were not informed about the drama before Obama speech. You are a GOP child who is living very mad the change because the statu-quo serves you.

Typical GOP mob response. Do you know how many americans would be homeless if Obama had not supported Wall street? How many businesses would go bankrupt? It's not Obama's fault, it's US lifestyle fault. US people have good lifestyle with debt.(bank credits), it's well known in europ as a "fake" life. An ordinary european is more rich than american because europeans know how to save. Hard time now but it would be worse without Obama measures. Obama is trying to make figure how bad your country is

The rebound on Wallstreet is artificial...there will be another fall...right now the holidays are here, and retail is looking much better than last year...but with U6 unemployment rates reaching 18% reality will set in after the holidays...and then the commercial foreclosures will come....we need to teach our children to live within their means with no credit....and no dependence on credit ratings

Why is it when a white person has an opinion of our president, they are called a bigot? Your statements were not bigoted. Those who stated that are the same people who throw the race card whenever someone disagrees with them. No more than a childish tantrum. Our government should start looking at us as Americans and remove the white/black/hispanic, etc labels they put on us, then we'd all be equal. Thank you for speaking from your heart.

agree 100%...I hate the fact that when my children fill out applications that require they ID their ethnic background, they have to check multiple boxes....or create their own....we are all Americans, regardless of race or gender...this is an American problem

good for you for speaking out..OBanker is just looking after his cronies,and the big corporations, not the little businesses that create jobs..another stimulus bill is on the way and the housing bubble will soon erupt again , this time middle income earners will lose their homes in foreclosure and OBanker is doing nothing to stop the banks from kicking people outa their homes..he should be forcing them to refince their loans so families don't lose their homes..America, your POTUS is a fake!

Waoooh! "we need to teach our children to live within their means with no credit": THAT'S what I was trying to tell in my previous posts with my bad english may be. FAKE GOOD LIFESTYLE MEANS HUMILIATION LATER because of TOO MUCH DEBT. Look how people around the world is laughing to see Obama seeking some money from China. Unemployement Rate? Ok, it can not FALL as quickly as Financial Recovery (Wall Street); It needs some delay: Business Profit Rule, or Financial mathematics equation.

Americans have spent too much in the past and now we SAVE. As we save, the ecomony faulters more. HUMMM? We have pulled out of the stock markets and though they improve, they don't improve much. I think Americans should continue to SAVE and lets the economy readjust on someone else's wages being spent in foreign countries.

Your country needs a big "wash", and Obama can not do it in one year, may be not in 4 years, he told it in his victory speech. I am in europ, we too have hard time but we have social security, our govt. always protect workers (health care, unemployement money, half-price rented houses etc.). It's not capitalist, you would said, but we are happy with that instead of being exploited by richmen as they did with slaves from africa.

This is a republic, lady. Obama is the head of the executive branch of our republic. He is a politician, that is his role, that is how he should address this nation. You don't have to watch. Look to a religious leader or counselor if you need to be consoled so much. And about health care, we are already footing the bill for those 15 percent who go to the E.R. instead of receiving preventative health care from a family doctor. We are paying more now without a public option.
