Yes the show made Lana has his forbidden love. Someone he couldn't be with lana and moved on to lois lane. I have always belevied that in season 8 when Lana came back clark had a choice.

I have to say you have made a very good analysis. Its true that Clark chose Lana in season 8 when he could have built up a relationship with Lois. It's true that he didn't want Lana to leave when she became human kryptonite but she pushed him away.

It's LOIS and some people say she is Clark's second choice because Lana is gone but I think they're wrong because if she was,then he would've started dating Lois as soon as human kryptonite left but he waited until he was completely over Lana

another thing as well, technically in season 8 clark pretty much chose lana. lois have that moment where they are about to kiss and he sees lana and completely forgets abt any feelings he has for lois after tht, its not until lana becomes human kyrptonite that the episodes after that come back to the lois and clark story. So im just not satisfied that he chose lana and forgot abt lois, it just diminishes everything that happened between them before lana showed up.

Thats what I always said. In season 8 clark chose lana over lois. He had a choice and could have been with lois lane. He seemed to have forgetting about lois and concertrated on lana. I did feel sorry for lois because her hope were high and it crashed. And now it looks like that Lana was his forbidden love or his dream/ fanatasy gril and lois is someone he settels for. Even though I'm not clana or clois nonesenese. Still i think lois shouldn't be second.

Puttin lana's picture away is suppose 2 b symbolic that hes movin on. But come on just puttin away a picture is dumb. him movin on from lana 2 lois shuld come out more iconic rather than symbolic becuz thats the whole legacy of lois n clark. So 4 tht i want lana 2 come bak so it doesnt seem like he just got over it n put her picture away (thats just too easy). I want clark in a position where he has to choose n in that moment he chooses there is no doubt in his mind it's lois thats the 1 for him
