@Razza1091 It can make itself look like any human it comes into contact with. You think it can't put on a regeneration-like light show with a few holograms? 'Course it could!!

If the teselecta DID regenerate, the doctor would've tried to find someway to make it look like he changed, whether physical or not. If not, then the Silence would know he was still alive. Still, I think the silence are bound to find out sooner or later.
