Keep driving your legs. You seem to stop in the air and simply flop down.

u gotta swing ur arms at the same time u kick... u gotta kick n swing hard... relle hard... but not so hard tht you will over rotate...

do a jstep or a scoot into it and ull get a lot more momentum with the swinging leg

The kick was nice and big man. it will look nice when you get it soon. you need to have your arms pull back when you have the swing leg back. and then swing the leg and arms up at the same time together! this helps so much in gainers and corks! also while you are doing that pull the chest up the the sky for hight! has you jump off that left leg hard. all three of them togther! then you will have the hight and set. now just remind your self to drive that flash kick leg thru and undder. you got it

as rudy reynon and kyle cordova told me, which helped me improve my gainer and cork, chest UP. also what helps for me is that first leg that goes up. that's the leg thats gonna lead the trick. if that makes any sense.
