Dino-Strike Venom Spray. Another dinosaur many people remember from 1993 and most kids used to have. Dilophosaurus is a well designed figure with a great paint job thats reminiscent of the Dilophosaurus seen in the movie. It's still very common, both loose and MOC, and can be found with little difficulty. The figure would be reused for the JP Series 2 line but it didn't get a new paint job just came with capture gear.

  • So this is the first version of the Dilophosaurus?

  • @AgentJuly19903 Yup the tag on his leg is JP-02 they did reuse him in JP series 2 but just made him come with capture gear so nothing really diffrent & they repainted him for TLW toy line.

  • Has anyone noticed that the dilophosaurus was only in the first movie?

  • i always remember when i was 2 for christmas my mom gave me a back pack full of that dilophosaurus 0_0

  • Yep! I had him back in the day.

  • we used to call it the spitter dinosaurs

  • Would of been even cooler if it also had a frill (might be too small for a cloth one that pops out... maybe a plastic one that snaps on... or a cloth one that could slip on with elastic; I'd of done that if I designed it). Wish I had one of these; such a dark, yet funny moment between her(?) & Wayne Knight in the first film. O_O XD O_O

  • @Jptoys97 The tlw spitter is not a repaint, the tail is shorter and the arms are poseable. The tlw spitter is also a bit more robust. Have 2 loose and 1 new in package. My first spitter [1993] also lost his hand.

    Now i have 2 good jp1 spitters.

  • hehe I loved squirting ppl with him

  • @Jptoys97 The jps2 was the only jp vehicle i had and it still is my fave , i never bought vehicles because i used my brothes old ( 1980's) gi joe vehicles ( they where also kenner made and fitted really good )
