Tony Vincent & Adam Lambert - Heaven on their minds

Adam Lambert, the amazing singer who spent years doing musical theater until American Idol gave him the chance to do his own music collaborates with the equally talented Tony Vincent, who after four albums decided to take a break to once again dedicate himself to the theater. Here in the role of Judas in the song Heaven on their minds from the musical Jesus Christ Superstar, created by Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice. Or maybe it's just a sloppily edited video of some old clips of two of my favorite singers singing the same song.

@Pirateprinsess You have more footage of Tony Vincent? How did you manage that then? Both the performances that you have taken sections of are on here in full. Still, it's not the first time someone has tried getting hits for a video that is mostly someone else by using Adam Lambert's name.

Comparisons are futile though. Adam's version of the song has been voted yearly by a panel of industry experts as the second best rock/rock opera vocal of all time every year since he performed it.

@BluebirdintheSky The one performance of Adam singing this song that I know of is not of the full song but of an edited version with just about half of the lyrics. If you know of any other please, please tell me or send me a link because I would love to see it!

And no, I am not trying to get hits by false advertisement. Tony gets about 15 seconds more and his name is also featured first in the title.

Good lord. Every time I see a new video of Adam, I'm re-impressed. Dude has an INCREDIBLE voice and can act. I really think he's making a mistake doing pop albums - brother NEEDS to be on Broadway, stat. I agree he's more Judas than Jesus, but lord, he can sing either!
