Kutztown University's Kevin Morton for 2011 Harlon Hill

Kutztown University's Kevin Morton is a nominee for the 2011 Harlon Hill Award - given to the top player in NCAA Division II Football.

Morton, the 2010 PSAC East Player of the Year and all-region quarterback, ranks among the PSAC and NCAA leaders in pass efficiency, total offense and passing yards this season.

He has led the Golden Bears to a No. 8 national ranking, a 9-1 record and a berth in the 2011 PSAC Championship Game on Nov. 12.
