My choir sings this version every remembrance day. I can barely hear your sopranos, I can only hear them on the high parts. Your altos sound like they're saying it rather than singing it. It was not seamless as I could hear some people starting lines at different times. Breathing was a huge issue, did you teach them how to use their diaphragm? I could hear every breath between verses, sometimes in the middle of them, they could stagger breathe if they need to.
