    Another thing that helps is really focusing on your mind to muscle connection, really concentrating on making the pecs activate, I would reference Elliot's video where he brings up the point that you could technically gain muscle without any weight at all. Really focus on flexing the muscles you want to hit, if you arent able to do this you might be using too much weight, try back it down some so you can focus more on form and really activating the muscles you want to hit, form > weight.

    honestly elliot's channel is so rich in material and theres so much you can learn from it that sometimes i feel like people should not get this stuff for free... but then again we learn for free and elliot inspires us and gets paid off of it too so its a Win/Win!
